This is the worst online booking service i had ever come across. i had booked a ticket from mumbai to hyd and as per the seating chart arrangement shown oniline for 16th november. when i was booking my ticket there was only one seat booked and i selected the fourth row behind the drivers seat. this selection showed me that the number of my seat was 9 &10.
I was anticipating a nice journey this time on neeta travels as iu had booked their mercedes benz version. But when i went to board the bus the actual suffering started. the bus was delayed by an hour and half, which i accounted for mumbai's unpredictable (or rather quite predictable traffic) though it wasted my time and not to account for the time i had to take mosquito bites through out the wait.
when the bus finally arrived, i got on to the bus expecting a nice comfy seat but alas they wanted to proove me wrong there. i was not able to find the numbvers 9 and 10 in the first 10 rows can anyone believe that?
then came the next hickup, its called a mercedes benz and is worse than a 1960 model bus. it was slow, rough journey stopping every 5 mins.
finally a journey that had to take us 12 hours took 16 hours and an additional 1.5 hours delay.

redbus service is worst and they are providing facilities. they are merging with other private travels this can do any one. if any one starts just newly bus service immediately redbus will come to merge in their service. redbus is one of the broker service. developing software from hyderabad. redbus is fully dependent service with other services. if book tickets directly with private services then the cost of ticket will be less. totally it is working with commission basis.
