RedBus.in - Redbus cheated by deducting 600/- without booking ticket and has not refunded

Respected Sir/Madam

I V Kiran Kumar has booked ticket through redbus.in on 1st August 2013 and tried to pay the amount through Credit Card but the transaction got failed but the amount from the Credit Card has been debited and clearly shows that it has been paid to redbus.in and I have clearly mentioned several times through mail that the transaction got failed on Credit Card booking and I have booked through the Internet banking immediately and I have cancelled that ticket on 3rd of August and got that amount refunded and I am worried about the deduction of my money through credit card booking and its refund.

Below is the clear status for your easy understanding:

1. I have booked the ticket and paid the amount through Credit Card where the amount got deducted and I have been shown a message from redbus saying that the transaction was not successful.
2. Then immediately I have paid the amount through Net Banking and the transaction was successful.
3. On 3rd of August I have cancelled the ticket
4. In this case I have to receive the amount of 600/- for the failure transaction of the payment made through Credit Card(Not received0 and an amount of 540/- for the ticket cancelled(Received).

After calling several times to the customer care my mobile balance is getting deducted but there is no proper response from rebus emloyees and every time they will say that "Apologize/sorry for the inconvenience and you will a get response by today End of the day when ever I call them. At last I decide to visit to you. With hope I request you. Please refund back my 600/-
