this is chaitanya i have an account in fashionandyou.com ,on 03/07/2012 i have placed an order in fashionandyou website,order was confirmed,but they didnot provide order number,immediately i called to their customer support centre,they told that we will provide order number within 48 hours.but till now i didnot get any order number.they are telling now that u didnot order anything.everytime they are telling that we have generated a refference number,and we will solve the problem in 24 hours.
