I’m writing this complaint after I’m feeling hopeless to get resolution by the Fashion and You online shopping website. I’ve ordered one product (Adore Jumpsuit) on 7th June 2012 at 12:02 am and made the payment of Rs 599 through net-banking immediately. The same day in the evening I got a message that your product has been delivered to Monika. Immediately I called up their customer care and complained about it that I’ve not received any product. The product seems to be delivered to someone else. And then customer care executive raised a request for POD. Then after so many follow-ups (on 10th june, 15th june, 20th june , 22nd june & today i.e 26th june) and concerns raised by me(written complaint also), after 15 days on 22nd I received a POD document scan copy and after looking at it I was more shocked. As in that POD copy the signature mention was not of any Monika and more over it was a prepaid product but still there was no identity proof of the receiver was mention on that POD.I do order from other websites like myntra, yebhi.com and all and whenever they deliver the product they check the PAN care and ask the receiver to mention the Contact number and the PAN card number. But shockingly while delivering this product no identity proof was mentioned on the POD (attached with the complaint) even in signature “Monika” name was not mentioned anywhere.
Even the customer care team is also very pathetic as since last 20 days they have not been able to provide the resolution and every time when I call then they always ask for 48 hours and this seems endless as to day also I spoke with the Manager named Nitin and he is not even aware about how he is going to take this case further and get this resolved.
Till now on the follow-ups on this matter I’ve spent more money then I paid for the product and also los my mental peace as it’s a mental harassment for me. Now with the hope to get either my hard earned money or the poduct back, I’m raising this concern to you and looking forward for the speedy resolution on this matter with the compensation to the money, time and mental peace I’ve wasted on the follow-ups for the resolution, which I’m still waiting for.
