I have been buying products from fashionandyou from the last 6 months and i have placed more than 200 successful orders...But from the past 1 month they have blocked me from there FB page because i hv been writing my concerns which were not solved by their cc executives...Still i am facing problems with my orders but no solution is provided..They really dont care about their customers...Various order nos in which i am facing problem are-
466888 466896 487939 355135 364988 422170 487984 389525 341362 359312 355588

order number 466888: store credit of INR 1025/- will be active in next 24 hours.
Order number 466896 : order dispatched on 17th June with AWB no. 5********844.
Order number 487939 : order Re-dispatched on 21 june with AWB no.5********32.
Order number 355135 : Return is initiated and refund will be processed after validating the product.
Order number 364988: products are released in inventory so unable to re-dispatch them again.
Order number 422170: we will re-dispatch the order once the product is back to our warehouse.
Order number 487984: we can not refund the invite friend voucher used against this order as the order was cancelled by you.
Order number 389525: we will re-dispatch the order once the product is back to our warehouse.
Order number 341362: we will re-dispatch the order once the product is back to our warehouse.
Order number 359312: Invite friend vocher of INR 1000/- will be active in your account in next 24 hours
Order number 355588: store credit of INR 740/- will be active be active in next 24 hours.
