i had ordered 2 saris from the site fashionandyou.com on dec 30 - order number 171640. i got the delivery after 15 days but one of the saris was dirty so i called up the company and asked for an exchnage. nexxt week the sari was picked up but after that there was no response from the company. i called up and found out that they will be refunding me the cost of the 2nd sari as they did not have any other piece left. after speaking to the company’s support staff for more than ten days i wrote to the company on 7th feb and then 9th feb. i kept callig also for a response to my mail but didnt get any! every 3 days the call centre employees assure me of refund within 72 hours but i am yet to get my money.
in the last one week i have recieved tickets nos 29701, 31160, 29687, 29839 from support@fashionandyou.com for this issue but the site have failed to return my refund of rs 1191.
