Sony Ericsson - Not satisfied with Sony ericsson service

I have purchased sony ericsson k550i one year back. After purchase within a month my phone was getting restart automatically, then service center guys updated software and returned me back. But few days(1 month) problem re-occured and then they replaced my motherboard. After 2 month again my phone went dead and they again replaced it and returned me back.
For changing motherboard they keep my phone for 20-30 days .
Now I have submitted for 4th time and same problem. I want replacement but they are refusing saying phone can be repaired so no replacement.
What should I do ?
