Sir,
I had given my Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone, Model W580i for repairs under warranty at the the service center at Tardeo on 10/07/09. I have yet not received it. It\'s been 1 Month and 9 days. After a lot of complaints I had got a mail from Sony Ericsson office at Delhi that my phone was ready for delivery. I called the Sony center at Tardeo and they told me that there were some problems and they had to send it back to Delhi.
Again, on 13/08/09 i called the Sony office at Delhi and they told me that the was ready for delivery, i called the Sony service center here at Tardeo and the lady there told me that their engineer found some fault and she had sent the phone back to Delhi again for repair.

Sir, I am fed up of following up with the Sony Ericsson executives. After writing so many mails and calling them, I get no appropriate reply. In the beginning I was promised 5 days for the delivery of my phone.

I hope that, after contacting you something can be done.
