I gave my mobile W580i on 4th of July,2009 but there was no response
from your side. Whenever I visit their service center they say that
there is a delivery problem of goods therefore they are unable to
repair my phone. But today is 20th July and any goods can be delivered
across the world within 16 days. So kindly look at the matter
otherwise I\'ll have to go to consumer forum.
