I had paid Rs.2000/- (800+600+600) to ITBC by three cheques during October08 to December08(all three debited from account) for a pack of 20 devotional cds.But its July 09 and I have still, not yet received the pack and neither have I got the refund inspite of infinite requests on the phone and the mail.Kindly help me out.
