I have ordered Reebok shoes by mid of May 2009 through their website. nextday, customer care called and informed to again order the same through voice system as my web order not executed due to technical problem. so i did.
On may 26th, i have recd one parcell containing reebok shoes. next day also, one more parcel came, which i refused to accept from the courier man (Dart Mail). Immediately, i have informed INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB regarding this.
But next month credit card bill, they have deducted twice Rs 2500. From 10th of June 2009, I am struggling to get my money back through emails, no. of phone calls, as on today no output. I have gone through severe mental torture and heavy stress, due their poor negligence and lethargic attidude towards consumers money.
Kindly get my money back along with the compensation of Rs50000
