Vodafone Karnataka - Mobile Theft

Dear Sir,

My Wife was leaving her office yesterday around 0815pm, she was on phone with me when suddenly some unknown guys snatched the mobile of her hand and started running.People tried chasing but we could not get it. Her Mobile number is ********27, I do not have the IMEI number of the device. Her sim card is blocked now . She had passwords which has been taken care by changing them.

Could you please help us in getting the mobile phone back.

Mobile Make: Nokia 5130 Express Music
Operator : Vodafone Prepaid
