Vodafone Karnataka - I have not received my PF amount since last 8 monts

To whomso ever it may concern,
I had submitted my PF datails during the month of december 2008 and it was assured to me that it will be processed in 3 months from the date of submission,but still there is no proper response from the company,I have mailed several times and reminded on this issue but they say it is getting delayed from KAR GOVT PF DEPT.
Hope this should be the proper channel to resolve and belive my graviance will be addressed to its core.
Looking forward for a possitive response.
