Recharge amount reduced as what was promised.

I got a message on 5th Jan 2011 that a extra talk-time of Rs. 1455.00 is available on a recharge of Rs. 1325.00 by Vodafone mobile service provider.

I got my cell phone recharged through Vodafone website by entering the recharge amount as Rs. 1325.00 and I got a talk time of Rs. 1201.27 only.

i have called Vodafone customer care on 6-Jan-2011 10:00 AM and asked about remaining balance , they told it will credit with in 24 hours it will credit your account,then again i have called on 7-Jan-2010 same thing happened,they told because of some technical problem amount was not credited in your account ,they told with in 48 hours amount will credited in your account .

I have called then I made a complaint to the Vodafone complaint number 12******** on 9th Jan 2011 at around 10 o'clock in the morning, and the customer care person, who attended my call, assured me that this issue will be rectified and the balancing amount will be credited to my account within 10-Jan-2011 6:00 Pm.

Now the customer care person is saying that my number is eligible for that offer so the remaining amount will not credit.

My concern : If i am not eligible for that offer why those people have to send the message to me and once i recharge they are keep-on telling within 24hrs it will credit or some technical problems.so i need the remaining amount of 255/-


Please look in this matter as I feel I am being cheated.
Please sort out this issue at the earliest and let the balancing amount be credited to my Vodafone account as early as possible.
