I have requested for port-out from vodafone. I have got a valid Port code from vodafone and shared the same with the other service provider i would like to move to.
The request has been rejected at least 5 times from Vodafone using flimsy reasons.
first time it was technical glitch.
second time bill payment
third time again port code not matching.
fourth again techical glitch
and fifth time non payment of bill
I had been to Vodafone store Vijayanagar, Bangalore. Executive promised me that Port out will be done and the bill payment can be done at month end it is not necessary to pay.
I called up customer care on mobile, after taking the request, call was cut after 10mins.
I called up again, the customer care executive again cut the call.
Please tell me what is the procedure to port out?
In case this not resolved within 3 days, I am planning to complain to TRAI!
