Acer India - I have lodged a complaint on 20.08.13 but no response yet now.

I have purchase acer monitor on 28.03.13.the problem is that only power supply pass (a light blink ) but monitor is totally blank.I have lodged a complaint.my complaint no.is 355731i.Dt.20.08.13,but till now i have not received a service,they had told that they will provide service within 24hours but they fail to provide service.how should customer have faith in this company.Are they serious to clearify about the complaint received by them, or they just opened this service for name only,and in future should we buy a product of acer.
That's a problem may be.

मैंने लैपटॉप का क्रय date 14/1/2013 को किया । model number V5-571/W8 .

2-3 महीना के बाद लैपटॉप का विंडोज कुछ देरी लगाकर खुलने लगा।

फिर एक महीना के बाद स्पीकर का साउंड कम होने लगा ।

जब मैंने लैपटॉप खरीदा उस समय लैपटॉप के स्क्रीन के साइड मे अत्यधिक ब्राइटनेस था किन्तु उस समय धयान नहीं दिया था मैंने सोचा की वह स्क्रीन का कलर है'जब वह ब्राइटनेस बढ़ा तब मेरा धयान गया ।

date 17/8/2013 को मैंने शिकायत दर्ज करायी।complaint number 352574I ...

केवल स्क्रीन की कमी को दूर किया गया ।बाकी का नहीं ।

फिर मैंने वाकी के समस्या को दूर करने के लिए customer care call kiya लेकिन उन्होंने कहा की आपकी complaint का solutions कर दिया गया है लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ था ।

फिर मैंने 29/8/2012 को नयी कंप्लेंट दर्ज कारवाईcomplaint number 374241I है ।

उसके बाद मेरा लैपटॉप मे अब माउस काम नहीं कर रहा है।

लैपटॉप की खराबी के कारण मेरा प्रोजेक्ट लटका पड़ा है ।और काफी मुझे नुकसान उठाना पड रहा है।

आप से अनुरोध है कि आप customer का भरोसा नहीं तोड़े ।

क्यों कि Acer एक आच्छी company है लैपटॉप मे इतनी खराबी उत्पन होने से customer का भरोसा टूट सकता है।

काफी मुझे नुकसान उठाना पड रहा है आप से अनुरोध है कि मेरी समस्या को जल्दी दूर किया जाय।

मैंने हेड ऑफिस मे भी कई बार कंप्लेंट किया ।लकिन अब तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं किया गया।
