Sub: Unfair Trade Practice by www.100bestbuy.com

As per the advertisement given by one 100bestbuy.com, of Bangaleru ( Bangalore), to get Apple i Phone 5, and Blackbery Tablet, through lucky
draw, on payments of Rs.399/- and Rs.199/-, and incase a person does not win, there is provision of Cash Back of the paymrnts made for the registration for the Lucky Draw contest, I have made online payments Rs.399/- on 23/11/2013 and Rs.199/- on
02/12/2013.

After the payments were made, I was contacted by the executives above 100bestbuy on 24/11/2013, 28/11/13 and 02/12/2013, and informed me that, I was
being short listed in the lucky draws, however to
get the products I have to pay Rs. 7800/- extra for
each products, that, Rs.7800/- for the
Apple i.Phone-5 and Rs. 7,800/- for the Blackbery
Tablet. I refused to pay any extra amount, as it was
I have paid the amounts clearly mentioned on the
products,at what amount the products were to be shiped free of cost. Also, I requested the Executives
to intimate me the above informations per E-Mail.

As, I did not get amy information/s throug E-Mail
I wrote some strong letters to the organisation throgh E-Mail. So, on 04/12/2013, one of their executive contacted me and informed, though I have sortlisted to win the lucky draw, I will only be intimated on 15/12/2013.

However, to my surprise, when I have gone to My Account of www.100bestbuy. com, I find that, the
Rs.598/- ( 399+199) which was reflected on the site is no more, as well as the 598 Credit points which
was reflected on the site is also vanished.

I feel, the organisation is indulding in Unfair Trade Practice and I am afraid the company will not give
me the Apple i Phone 5 and Blackbery Tablet as, the extra amount I did not pay. Also, I do not agree to
pay any thing extra then it was mentioned when I joined the contest as per their terms.

Please, intimate me what steps I should to get the two products, and, the credit points of 598, as per
the company's terms & conditions.
