Dear Sir/Madam,

I was cheated from 100 best buy for their Travel package. My ref: my order no# 5309039

I made my booking on 21 Aug 2012 for travel package 4n/5d (2 voucher of 2n/3d) worth rs. 6000/- In website they also mentioned Reebok bag free worth rs. 1100 and when their customer representative confirmed referral gift of blackberry (said, offer going on occasion of EID festival, that day)

today, I.E 04 Sept. 2012 I received their courier having only 1 voucher (2n/3d) from great India travel/ One touch solution "100 best buy" when I opened there is one small bag, cheap quality (not original one) and one latter written that this bag is worth rs. 101/- Only

and when I called 100 best buy they / Great India travel/ One touch solution their response is very arrogant

Now I need my money back..

hi i m also cheated by this people they told me they will giving me travel package also gift of sony tab
i want to complaint against this people to police they should handle this and solve the problem
in future is people can't cheat any one
and we should take our money back from this cheaters

Yes, I am also suffering with similar transaction and I was lured by them telling that I will get a Dell mini laptop free for three holiday bookings.. Same like yours, August 22nd. Till now no response

I have faced a similar problem. Inspite of having cancelled the order.

Hi,

I had spoken to manish (0********51) , ravi, rohit sharma about cancellation of the order even before receiving this email. Manish had confirmed that the order will be cancelled and will get the refund. He gave me cancellation request number 6922161.

Inspite of this, yesterday I received d courier which has a bag n few papers... It doesn't even have the iball dual sim phone which was a part of gift as told by manish before I made a payment.

So please let me know the status of the order cancellation and how can I return the bag and papers.

You people make 100 calls when you want to sell your product and care a damn to service the customers post payment.

Your call centre number also is just automated and of no help. No executives ever respond to the call.
