100bestbuy is a hopeless company. After 1 and half months of mailing to this company and talking to its most insensitive, rude and arrogant customer service personnel DID not bother to resolve my issue. I wonder how this company can claim that it is is top 3 in e-commerce portal. I have given up on this company and will just post it on all possible forums and fb so that my friends do not go through the same horrible experience. Please do not get fooled by the company response on blogs claiming that they will respond in 2 days to your issues cos that is just a postponing tactics of this company cos this company feels that they are doing a favor by delivering any damn product in the name of prize and as a customer you are expected to be happy with whatever they throw at its customers. Please share your experience with your friends and colleagues on forums and fb so that they can avoid going through the same experience.

100 bestbuy has a new front end by the name of umantra. Funny thing is in both the sides they have put up a list of winners of contest and in both sites my name is reflecting which would indicate to a unknown and new user that these two sites are 2 different. Though I have been raising my dispute they have just put my name as a winner of iphone contest. So now we have to be cautious of other sites of the same company apart from 100 best buy cos umantra is the 3rd site by suksh technologies and they believe in creating more sites rather than running one properly.

After one month of posting my complaint the status today is : Yesterday (10th July ,2012) I got a call from the service personnel stating that they would solve my issue and clarify everything on mail, nothing has happened till now. Yesterday i get mail from one Pavani from this company changing all facts with a one liner denying my eligibility and prize. Though it was confirmed by the same company representative on phone 3 times to me till date but today they are denying. Funny thing is that after all the mails and post on forums the management of this company is sleeping and leaving the customers at the mercy of the insensitive customer service personnel and nobody wants to take up the escalation and ownership to resolve a long pending issue.
