In the month of August 2012, I was contacted by Mr Aniketh from 100bestbuys regarding a special domestic travel package for 4N/5d at 6000 Rs. I was initially interested in taking one such package. The offer contained a Reebok bag worth Rs1000. After booking one, I got a mail from 100bestbuys stating that if I take three such package, I will be eligible for a free gift of either a Dell Mini laptop, or Blackberry phone. They asked my choice. After repeated phone calls, I wanted to take a chance and said that I would opt for a Dell Mini Laptop and agreed to book another two packages. Overall, I paid Rs 18,000. Now, after several months now, there is no trace of getting any gift from them. I made many calls, many complaints. No use. Later I lodged a complaint through Consumerdaddy.com. After few months, there was a call from Mr Rajesh, with phone number ********38 and he assured that after Diwali my gift will be sent to me. However, after Diwali, this number is not reachable. He had given me the customer care number 01206182110. But this customer care service is a real useless stuff. I repeatedly called them, told them the problem, and every time they said "our seniors will call you" but never it happened. At one point, somewhere towards end of December 2012, they said "we are sorry, there is no such offer of gift for the domestic travel package and that you will not get anything". I was furious, I could only shout at them. But of what use? Nothing!

I really lost in this deal. My 18,000 rs has gone to dogs.. The reebok bag is also fake. worth hardly 100 Rs. Somehow I want to cancel the orders and get back my 18K.

The first mail contained the following name: Sunil Kumar, 100 Best Buy, Sales & Promotions, 0********21, 0120 6799 817, holiday@100bestbuy.com

But these phone numbers are not working or no one answers.

Complainant's Goal: I want to get full refund of Rs 18000 and cancel the domestic package deal.

100bestbuy.com is holding a lucky draw wherein we can pay 1589 and get an blackberry bold 9900. However after all payments were done to them, their representative called and reverted that now we have to pay another 4000 to them and then only we can be eligible to take part in the contest. This is in complete violation of the rules and also they are not received product or refunding the money as we not replied. After continue the phone call the computerized reply is coming that all the customer executive are busy. I have distressed to call customer care 10 times.
Please take action so that many other consumers dont get trapped in this scam.
