Sir,

I have many times register complaint by phone or email but company has not given any satisfation answer(asper below list).The matter of my sister i am not leave the company without replace the tv.Validity date of television also going end by sep,09,

Kindly solve my problem as earlier as possible.

I have also speak to regarding this matter to your officer Mr.rajiv puri.but he had not given me a satisfaction reply.We want to replace the tv immediately.

Dear Sir,


I would like bring to your kind notice that we have purchased a tv direct from company at the name of Sh ram chand near Senior secondary School Villege ,kahnuwan distt gurdaspur,
dt 29.09.2008 with the ref of Sh S.M Hegdre Mumbaidt 08.09.2008.But the tv has repaired four or five time with the time from purchase the tv but no body agree to replace the tv.I had discuss with all the entire team of vediocon sitting in jalandhar and gurdaspur but no body response me the same.We had gave this tv in dowry of my sister and we are facing very problem from sister inlaws.

So i am personly request to kindly look into the matter and replace the tv at erliest as possible.Below are the name of person which i have discuss.
