I brought a videocon refrigerator one year ago and it stopped working and i lodge a complaint at customer care and a guy came just told us it is working but we were not convinced and as he went back it stopped working and it has been around more than five days that no one has come to fix the refrigerator.

We are facing so much problem due to this but no one is there to help as customer care is saying we have forwarded your request but that is of no use as no service is being provided.

If we call a person from outside then co. will say you have broken warrenty.

Please help us.
