Dear sir,
I had purchased a videocon refridgerator (215 lt. DELUXE) on april 2009 from Maya Sales tehsil sakti Dist- janjgir-champa(c.g.).
I had put through 3 complaints to VIDEOCON costomer care toll free no 1********40 but till now my problem has not been solved.
The lodged complaint no. are give below-

After the third complaint I received a phone from Mr.Ravi service engineer (Raigarh) mob. No. 0********13 , he told me to send a technician to my residence to attend the complaint. After watching the problem the technician told me to pay Rs.1500/- on behalf of the maintanance. I told him that I will pay the amount after the work is done but he rigidly told that Mr.Ravi has instructed him to pay the amount in advance. I refuse to do so.
Sir please till me is it the right way of your company to demanding money before the work is done.
I am very much frustrated after buying the fridge of your company & promise you that I never purchase any thing which is branded by VIDEOCON.
