Videocon - Deduction of balance in Safe Custody in Videcon D2H

I have registered a complaint with Videocon D2H to stop my account for the period of one month due to construction work I will not be able to use the services. As I have balane in my account I called there and Customer care executieve told me that \"your account will be in Safe Custody from 2nd Feb 2010 and your amount will not be deducted for the period of one month\". But it is still getting deducted from my account and around 20 rupees was deducted.
Could anyone please help on this.
