Hi,

I bought a Hp Pavillion Laptop Tx1000 in 2007 with one year warranty. Around 6-7 months back my laptop was showing blank screen and it was not working. I contact with Hp distributor. According to them Mother board has to replace and they gave me the Quotation for same. The Quotation was around 17000/-. I wanted to know the problem but they were not ready to tell me anything. Dispite of so many letters they didnt reply.

I tried to trace the problem on internet & i was very shocked to know that there is a manufacturing problem with the product only. All over the world the same problem with same model. I informed the distributor, now they agree about this problem but they are not ready to say anything officialy or in writting.

As the warranty is lapsed but because of Nvidia chip the display problem. Can I get my money back?

Complainant's Goal: Cash Refund OR permanent Solution With 3 year guarantee of that particular prob.
