hi sir,
this is Fansad pp and i am extremly unsatisfied with the service done in 'BLUE MOUNTANE AUTOS,KOZHIKODE,KERALA' royal enfield showroom. where there is no customer satisfaction,nd the service is very worst and poor.they wont provide proper service.
i have complained many times but there is no proper response and more over bill amount will be huge and the repairs are done very poor.
the manager 'Jaleel'(BLUE MONTAIN AUTOS KOZHIKODE )showroom behaves so rudely with the customers.13 days ago i left my bike there for to fix some problems existing on my thunder bird 350 ,nd they told me that they need 10 days for to fix it.after 14 days i gone there and paid some money nd take my byke back..
But nothing happened defferently.. Sadly i inform you sir that my dearest byke's engine oil is leaking again and my bykes front seat lock is damaged too..(THAT DAMAGE IS NOT EXISTED WHEN I LEFT MY BYKE IN THERE)nd even one complant existing on my byke's are not fixed nd u must note this that there is no well trained servisers all them are very youngsters, and i had doubt that they are not completed any professional courses too
Now i pushed by myself to sell my byke to someone sir....
Me also gave money for my byke sir..
I loved ROYAL ENFIELD befor i parchasing my byke,THUNDER BIRD is my dream byke too..But
Now i understood that ROYAL ENFIELD IS THE WORST EVER BYKE I HAVE SEEN AND LOT OF CHEATINGS ARE DONE TO THE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING WORST PRODUCT AND POOR SERVICES.
my bike got more defects but when ever i leave my bike for service the service will be done poorly and no proper water wash too but they did'nt forget to charge money... now i am sorry to say this..
I SUGGEST TO ALL NEVER EVER BUY THIS ROYAL ENFIELD BYKE..
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE ACTION AGAINST THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. faithfully Fansad pp

Hi Team,

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service done in “Royal Enfield Hyderabad Brand Stores Service center”, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad.

I bought Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350cc bike 2 years back and from the 3rd free servicing onwards I am facing below issue and I visited the servicing center 15 times for the same issue but still the issue persist.

ISSUE:
“When I am riding my bike for 10-15 km I am getting some unwanted noise from my rare disk break. When I am applying the leg break the brake shoes holding the disc and it’s not able to release completely when I am releasing the break due to which I am getting the noise and the bike mileage is decreasing gradually. Even when I am not applying the rare break also I am getting noise and while riding I am not feeling comfortable it feels like something is holding the wheel its due to the friction of the brake shoes ”

Regularly I am doing my bike servicing in Royal Enfield Service Center (Sanat nagar, Hyderabad) .
For the same issue I have visited almost more than 15 times but nobody is taking this issue seriously nor giving any permanent solution. Every time they are cleaning the disc brake shoes and adjusting something and handing over the bike.
After Servicing for 10 days it looks fine but after 10-15 days again I am facing the same issue. When I am riding the bike slow or medium speed getting this unwanted noise throughout my ride. For each servicing I have to revisit the service center multiple times to resolve an issue.

I don’t think you have well trained servicers and I had doubt that they are not completed any professional courses too.
If you have really good trained senior engineers they should have solved the issue long ago. If really it’s a manufacturing defect then the engineer should inform to the Manufacturing unit regarding this and they should think about the permanent solution.
If still also your engineers not able to solve this issue then please remove the rare disk completely and replace with the normal drum breaking system.

I am very much unhappy with the services provided to me from your service center (Sanat Nagar, Hyderabad).The staff are really not bothering about the issues they are hurry to deliver the bike ASAP without solving the issue.

I loved ROYAL ENFIELD before i purchased THUNDER BIRD was my dream bike. But now I understood that ROYAL ENFIELD IS THE WORST EVER BYKE I HAVE SEEN AND LOT OF CHEATINGS ARE DONE TO THE CUSTOMERS BY GIVING WORST PRODUCT AND POOR SERVICES. Now I am realizing why I bought this Royal Enfield bike it’s just waste of money and time (As we have to visit again and again for the same issue)
