I have ordered Rocker R8 Smart Phone with touch screen & dual sim (in black colour) on 19-Oct.2012 through rediff shopping.
My order number : 7478682
Transaction Number : 18310597
Consignment Number : 5********03

I have received the mobile on 30-Oct.-2012 ( in afternoon )
Cost of mobile phone charged by you : Rs. 2995
Shipping Charge : Rs. 149
Total cost paid (Cash on delivery) : Rs. 2995 + Rs. 149 = Rs. 3144.

On 30- Oct. 2012, in evening when I reached home and open the parcel to see my new mobile phone, I was shocked first that instead of sending the phone of my choice (in black colour) you have send me the phone in white colour. Kindly explain me in detail Why you have cheated with me, when I have ordered a black colour phone and you have send me in white colour.
Secondly, the phone contains so many scratches on screen lamination which is already coming out from one side, it seem to me like it is the old used one product which you have send to me and also the buttons to increase/ decrease the volume of sound is loose.

Thirdly, when I tried to run the gprs, it does not work. My service provider (aircel & Bsnl) both have send me the setting 2-3 times, and manually required setting done by me on phone, but it does not run and also gives insufficient memory or hardware problem. Since the internet does not run on phone, so I cannot run internet on my PC. It seems to me that there is some hardware problem in it.

Regarding all this defects I have earlier e-mailed to all (customersupport@rediff.co.in, aztecmarket@gmail.com , and rexentrp@gmail.com ) of you on 31-Oct. 2012 and even from 01 Nov. to 03 Nov. 2012 through my e-mail id ashuguruji@gmail.com , but no positive response I have got. All the mobile number and landline number given you in the mails are not working even the number of Mr.Dheeraj Shah at 04031000667.

When I called 1********33 (toll free number) customer executive says that what product available (in colour) will be dispatched and what colour and model you have choosen doesnot depends.
I want to know that if you go in restaurant and in menu you see pizza and do order for pizza, then after few minute the restaurant person serves you dosa and saya that pizza is not available now you have to eat dosa only. What will you do???? Either you eat that dosa and warn other peoples also not to go to that restaurant because people cheats there
Or
you will tell them to bring your ordered pizza.

He told me to send the e-mail & photos of the phone I received, So I have attached the photos and marked the air bubbles and scratches in one photo and send to your e-mail address.
If you are not having the ordered phone in your store then you can cancel my order, but you have cheated with me and send this defective phone which I have not ordered (i.e in white colour Rocker R8).

To resolve the problem I require you to refund the full money back whilst reserving my right to claim against you and take your defective product back. Or I will launch an FIR case of fraud and cheating in the consumer court of Shimla (HP). I will wait for your reply till Friday 09- Nov. 2012 call me after 3:15 PM.
