Sir,

We ordered for classic 350 bullet on 19/7/2012 at alappuzha(kerala) royal enfield showroom(riders motors).
We are waiting to the delivary of bullet for around 6 months . Mean while they did inform us many time that they will deliver bike on some days and they keeps on changing their dates and making fun on us . In between they did informed us that if we play full amount in advance they will deliver the bike immediately. which makes me believe that they are doing some malpractice in between this.
So i guess company will take necessary action against this and will value us as your customer.

They keeps on making fun on us by changing delivery date and each time when we visit dealers they assure some delivery dates.
and says color is not available , if so how they can deliver the bike if we can give cash in advance ,which there are promising.

By seeing all the above complaints I am having a doubt whether I will get the booked bullet in correct date.

I read both comments from Mr Kora Mathew and Tomas Cheriyan.But what Mr kora faced is true. Right now i am facing the same issue. They are asking me the payment 1 month before the delivery date not even 10 days ,but that also not a confirmed delivery.

I buy RE classic 350 from lamba enterprise tikka nagar. I take my bike to service centre for first free service in which I have to pay for engine oil and oil filter but they told me to pay for battery treatment and chain spray extra. It is not normal in free service. I am unhappy with that.

Sir,we booked our thunderbird 350 on Sep 2012 at hosur..
We were told we will get the. Bike by 3_6 months...now it's April and still we dint get our bike...if we ask the dealers they have no idea when the bike will get delivered nor they respond well..Pease help us...

Dear Sir,

I am also a customer of Riders Motors. Even I have faced the same delay about the Classic 350 delivery. But finally I found it is not the issue of Riders Motors it is because of high demand and pending bookings. As you mentioned in the above post they will never cheat any customer and they will ask for the payment only when the vehicle is allotted for you, and they will deliver the vehicle with in 4 days after making the full amount. But I know few peoples are not ready to make the payment if they dint see their vehicle, if you are in that category I think you will never have Classic 350 in your life, I know Riders Motors from 2008 onwards.
