Ver worst response , i booked my bike 8 months ago and still i havnt received my classic 350 silver
booking number is 2365, when ever i approach the showroom they ask me to come after 2 days and this is a on going issue from june 1st, i have closely tried contacting the showroom in person for 15 times for this month alone and they have never changed thier dialogue pls wait for 2 days and its gonna be the month end still yesrteday they told me again 2 days we will get the bike

can some one really look into this if your interested in customer service

I booked a Royal enfield classic 350 bike on 11 October 2013 at Manzil motors , Sec 17, Gurgaon. They promised to deliver the bike within 2 months but in written they had provided within 3 months. Now its over 3 months and i had not received the bike yet. On contacting them they are saying to revert back in 2 days every time.
