I purchased one Zurina King Size Bed vide bill no 81I/25000843,invoice no -265/13-14,dated 17/07/2013 for Rs31560/- from M/s Big Base.
​Within few days I noticed the following defects
a) Head Board of the Bed is damaged.(It has been replaced but my main issue mentioned in b , c & d still persists.)
b) It creates creaking noises while sitting /getting up and while taking curve.
c) One side of the box does not open.
d) Screws too are not properly fitted in.
​On my numerous complaints dated 14/09/2013, 23/09/013, 23/10/2013, your technician who attended the complaints admitted all the defects and further told that noises will persist even if head board is replaced.
​My repeated complaints failed to get any fruitful result.
Godrej insist on getting sales after service from the dealer who rarely responds. Moreover the company which has manufactured the product should give support and not the dealer. I have never seen any dealer giving support. I have contacted through dealer also but no fruitful result yet.
I had requested either replace the bed with the new one or give a complete refund but no response from the company yet.
I would request you take up my case with Godrej and help me in getting refund for the bed.
