I am very sorry to write this letter as I had gone to a Godrej showroom with a very high expectation. We had ordered for a Slim3 Door and the money paid in full by credit card. We had asked for a delivery and assemblying as early as possible as we have the other Beero which was disposed and valuables in our home unlocked.
The good was delivered on thursday(Jan 30th) as agreed. But the assembler will not turn up till Saturday.There were 100 reminders and also they turn up late and after assembly to find out that all 3 doors are defective.
The sevice head Mr. Nagarajan contact number +91-********61 did never kept his word on the first instance. In the second instance, he mentioned that the defective project will be replaced by following wednesday. Feb 2. Today is Feb 4th and yet the goods has to arrive and assemble.
Talking to the showroom lady was also not useful. Her work of selling is over.
I hope this would get into the eyes of a responsible Godrej Manager and he gives me a call and fix the issue ASAP.

I got a call from the Service head Mnager Mr. Anesh. He finally heard me and got the issue resolved. Thansk to him after so many rounds, the Slim door got fixed at my home.
