Godrej Interio - Defective product delivered and parts missing.

On 18/03/2013 I purchased one Chocolate Queen Bed and Chocolate premium dressing table among many other things ,my total bill amounted to Rs 93712/- . After delivery when the Godrej technician opened the packages of dressing table ,the lower part of the last drawer was missing and the storage part of the bed was damaged. I was told that it would be replaced within 2 days .It is more than 20 days nothing has been done. I would like to replace the bed and the dressing table both as it is a set.
I got defective product delivered from the Malad showroom.Very irresponsible staff.As I had bought it for my new house where I will be shifting in few days ,if it is not delivered immediately I am afraid I would ask for refund.My voucher no is 267808/09/10
dated18/03/2013 and my receipt no is 75416 and 75417 dated 18/03/13
