i purchased sofa set three=two seater from godrj show room mylapore chennai during 2010. the sofa had malfuction from the day of purchase and afterprolonged delay the three seater was replaced due to manufacturing defect about a couple of months back.the said replacement sofa is again having manufacturing defect and a complaint was lodged and was given reg no374750. despite repeated phone calls no one is coming up for repairand ready answer is given we are sendindg a person to fix up.i am really fed up with you guys.before i go to the consumer forum i am informing you about the un professional attiude of your service centre.dhileepkumar,
