We as a group booked the ticket from chennai to mysore and return from mysore to chennai

Chennai to mysore on date 4th dec2015 Train got cancelled due to heavy flood in chennai(pnr4********9, 4********2) and I got the amount refunded without any problem

Since we are not travelled to mysore, our return ticket on 6th dec 2015 for the following PNR number we filed TDR through our friend in that flood and no network condition.

6th dec2015 PNR numbers : 4********0, 4********7

But amount is not refunded, when I called customer care, today they are saying TDR is not within timeline.

I want to explain the situation of chennai at that time, everyone in India knew that chennai was heavily flooded and no network or internet facilities available in chennai. Actually someone luckily contacted us from hyderabad and we informed our friend to file TDR for 6th dec train and he filed that.

Please consider this as a special case and refund the amount to us, as this is a group ticket and we friends planned for journey. Kindly consider this and refund the amount.
