I went to book ticket at chennai railway station on 07/01/2017 by 1.00 p.m. in my 02 wheeler. I went to park my vehicle in the parking lot where the charges for 02 wheeler has been mentioned as Rs. 5.00 for 04 hours and the coupon in which they gave also mentioned the same and stamped Rs. 5.00 due if we pay Rs. 10.00. I gave Rs. 10.00 to them but they did not gave me Rs. 5.00 change back but invariably they are taking Rs. 10.00 from all of them and they (contract person) don`t even mind to tell Rs. 5.00 as charge or Rs. 5.00 refund is there also not even bothered to refund Rs. 5.00 change.
In this way they are taking away the equal amount in their pocket as the normal parking charges. In this way the 02 wheeler owners are being duped at the parking lot in chennai central railway station.
Kindly look into this and do the needful.
Dear Sir,
As per policy and time of budget announcement of minister Railway Mr. Suresh Probhu Sir to be consider or guarantee , lower birth allotted for senior citizen , my faher 69 year & mother 58 yrs senior citizen and also medical problem of back pain but my Transaction ID 100000********4, PNR ********56 is allotted upper and middle birth . I am also mentioned lower birth in my details .
In this situation, they are old age citizen of India and it is not possible to journey from Upper birth . It is also not proper for Safety purpose. Sir, it is a sensitive issue then Kindly allotted lower birth for my mother and father positively.
Your early action in this matter is highly appreciated.
Mandaveli railway station parking is a day robbery, kindly see immediately their behavior is very rude and they say they are very influential people. They charge 2,500 for car park and when we park our two wheeler for taking our car he is charging for that too. The two wheeler is parked in the same place where the car was parked.
