Dear Sir,

This is my application number 50000002594514 and I am Kishore Saladi. I had applied Tikona connection {Tikona Digital Networks (TDN)} on may 21st 2010 and paid Rs.500 tikona sales agent: My Tikona application reference Number is:50000002594514. After 2 days tikona technical people came to my place and finallythey had confirmed and told me signals were not coming. So, they didn't give the connection and they suggested me apply the refund. I called to Tikona customer care and applied the refund request on June 12th 2010. They toldme with in 45 days I may receive my refund. Till now, I didn't get any refund from tikona and moreover I received Tikona monthly bill two times Rs. 551in june 26th 2010 and august month ending.


Regards this, I asked and enquired tikona customer care people for 3 times they are telling that we may get your refund very soon.

Regards this I mailed to Mr. ‘Srinath Rajula’ and ‘Nagesh Prasad’ who is the Nodal officer of Hyderabad and Appellate Authority of Andhra Pradesh. They both are telling we are looking into this issue.


As of this date I didn't get any refund from that people and when I called up to customer care they have given more and more service request numbers few of numbers here i m giving you i.e., 1-********6, 1-********7, 1-1415491601, 1-********2, 1-********4.

At the time of application, I have given the cash amount of Rs. 500 to tikona sales agent paid Rs.500 tikona sales agent to Mr. Vijayendar Reddy, Phone No;********12. (Tikona application reference Number is:50000002594514

Could you please look into this issue very seriously and do the needful.
