Hello my name is Rajesh Reddy Raya,
I got tikona broadband connection on 4 march 2010 with full 599 plan having a download speed of 300 Kbps. From the third day of having the connection the connection is interupted ever few minutes. I mean the connection breaks off every 5 to 10 minutes and I have to release and renew the ip address every time to browse the internet. Sometimes it is just not possible to connect again for hours or days or the web pages take a very long time to open...for example my gmail account takes more than 10 minutes to load.
I called several times to the tikona care who promised me to send an engineer, assuring me that it would be better next time but it never happened.
Each time I called the Tikona care center I got a fresh complaint number as they would say that the complaint is solved and their data bases show that it is resolved - for the services which I have never received.
My complaint numbers are 1-3********,1-3********,1-3********.
Even the local incharge promised to send someone in smooth apologizing words but the promises were in vain - nobody came.
I feel irritated and stupid that I was much more peaceful with browsing at a local internet cafe than getting into this mess with Tikona...
Please take action against them and stop licensing such fake services of those wasting the time and money of the people of the country!

Tikona is a worst broadband service company. I have never seen such a unprofessional, cheater company. Their service worst. More over even after disconnection and full and final settlement, they are sending me bills and harassing me over phone. They dont keep any record of disconnection and bill gets generated automatically. I complained nemerous times with the customer care, nodal office in Delhi, but no action has been taken. I dont have any language to express their nuisance.
