Tikona Digital Networks - Not refund my instalation amount

I applied for tikona internet services on 6th of June 2010. I got the user id and password on same day. Tikona engineer came at my house on 8th of June 2010 for installation. But they are unable to install because of there is no feasibility of tikona network at my location. Regarding this I complain to tikona customer care executive and he told me that he had closed my account and would returns my installation amount. Then after I write a mail to mumbai/delhi nodal officer. But till a date I didn’t get my installation amount .

Hi, I also had exactly same situation with Tikona. Sometime in Aug 2010, i took tikona broadband connection which did nt even work a single minute, then i disconnected it the next day. i m still waiting for my money to be returned.

my connection is disconect at 22.05.2010. But my refund is not given to me
