I had applied for internet connection one month back. Then one of the customer care executive from Tikona came. He did somekind of testing and told me that I can get the connection. He asked me to give me some documents and check worth Rs 500/- I did so. Next day another executive came to install the connection. He said I cannot get the connection. OK I said. I asked what about my documents and cheque He said that I will get all my documents and cheque back. But to my surprise my cheque was deposited.
I contacted there customer care executive for this. They logged a complaint and gave me a number..But nothing happened. Then I wrote a mail to nodal office he gave me another number..Still nothing happened...Then I again called up customer care executive ..He told me to write customercare@tikona.in..I wrote to them..nothing happened..
And It is still ongoing...This is clear cheating..so beaware from this..!
