I have placed order for iPhone 7 on eBay and paid Rd 15,200/- for it but seller refused delivery and refunded money back. Seller contacted on whatsapp and asked to pay Rs17,000/- via Paytm and item will be delivered by 17th Dec 17. I paid the amount on paytm no. ********75 named Vijay and ********52 named Saikumar. Despite of several reminders item is not received not amount is refunded. Now Mr. Say is avoiding my messages and has blocked my all the no. so that messages are not delivered. It's complete fat of seller by taking money and not delivering the item and even avoiding consumer messages also.
