Hi,
I had recenty taken a tikona broadband services. The sales person and the engineer who visited to collect the form assured me that till the time the connection is set and you get proper connectivity your form and documents wont be submitted. However, without even setting the connection they deposited my cheque and it got cleared from my account. I asked customer care, they said the connectivity is not available in your place So you will get that money within 15 days. I am not get that money yet, it almost 2 months over.I dont have the connectivity or any of their instrument till date and the customer service is also pathetic. They not responding properly... They keep telling me we have logged your complaint and you will receive a call in 5 hours however i dont get any sms nor any call.
I called the customer service several times.

"Hi..I dont know why some people keep on complaining about TIKONA broadband service.I m using tikona for nearly 1 year now and m happy with my broadband speed as well as plan charges. There is no issue with tikona’s service .I am using FUL799 plan, rental is also less as compare with other service provider.Free antivirus is addtional plus point with TIKONA
My friend told me that some people who give bad reviews about tikona are from the rival organisations.So those who are using tikona and those who want to use tikona should go ahead. TIKONA IS THE BEST"
