I'D TAKE NEW CONNECTION. I'D PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS.500/- WITH CHEQUE THROUGH STATE BANK OF INDIA. BUT AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION COMPANY AGENT MAKED THAT THERE'S NOT CATCHING THE TOWER OF INTERNET. THAT'S WHY HE CANCELLED THE INSTALLATION & CANCELED MY CONNECTION.
I'LL TALK TO THE EXECUTIVE NAMED BHAVESH WHO'D COLLECT THE CHECK AT THE TIME OF FORM FILLING. HIS DUTY IS TO CHECK THE TOWER PROBLEM AT THE TIME OF FORM FILLING. HE'S NOT CHECKED & TAKE CHECK. HE WAS TALK THAT UR CHEQUE WILL BE REACHED TO YOU WITHIN A WEEK.
TILL DATE 40 DAYS PASSED BUT THERE'S NO RESPONSE FROM THE WHOLE STAFF.
KINDLY FIRE MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS COMPANY & REFUND BACK MY MONEY & OTHER EXPENCES AS MENTAL HARRASMENT.
