i am getting very low speed compared to what they committed to.

tikona network very slow i am using speed 300kbps
its very slow 100kbps is coming tikona digital networks
The download speed is just 5kbps.
I support this complaint. Though they install connection in just 30 minutes, that's all for them. They don't care what problem client is facing. I had raise a complaint on 17th May, resulting they send engineer on 5 June (in the meanwhile I remind their customer support for the complaint a number of times) . When their engineer ask to check whether nano station is showing at their end, the techie (at their office) told it is not listed/showing (amazingly internet was working at my pc). Their engineer's are not professional. They don't know what to check. I am very upset. Folks don't go for their service.
