At 28 of aug 2011 I went to sultanpur railway station for my journey to lucknow.I asked a railway clerk to give me a general compartmen ticket of himgiri express and he refused to give the ticket and told me that there is no ticket available for genral compartment in himgiri express.But when I searched in indian railways website then there is a ticket for genral compartment and its cost is rs. 52.
So at that day I travelled by bus which takes more time and money.
