On 20 May, I had a plan to go to Chennai via Delhi-Chennai Rajdhani Express (2434),I found that train was late by more that 4:30 hrs, after coming train on Jhansi (at 1:25 AM) I went to occupy my seat with my collegue and demand for drinking water but assistant was sleeping and he gave drinking water after 15 mins.After this we made demand food but there was no food and attendant of catering service (Mr. Sandeep Singh) was denied to give the food and he told that there is no food and he is not responsible for delay departure of the train.I was suferfing from starving.On morning,when I went to TT and asked for the complaint book and he denied for the same.I also found that there was no water supply in toilet even after reaching at Itarasi (MP).For solving this problem I tried to contact at 011-47100205 but found unavailability of the same number.This is the main story of our Indian Rajdhani Express.
My PNR and Ticket no. is 2********0, 02469181,respectively. Kindly take strict action and inform me about this and ensure the arrangement of the refund o my journey in such poor services.
