I have mailed all the details to the respective & concern people regarding the service which i have got, i even had mailed the screenshot of my details how many i have logged the call for THIS KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GETTING.
I have faced a lot problem regarding the service, they have accpeted that there was network breakdown in Nalasopara for 2-3 months, i have faced a lot network loss & latency but TIKONA is asking to pay the whole amount.
As per their logs, they say that i have used almost 3gb for 2 Months, where i have selected the plan for Unlimited Usage.
But i Querry that is this usage capable for paying Rs.1000 approx.
Nowadays Telecom Service provider gives 2gb free for Rs.98.
This company is only money oriented not the customer oriented, i have made a lot call logs, but many times the engg visited & he founds there is an issue, but after few days i found that the call was closed without intimating me.
Once i was also fooled by one of their representative for one of the month where i faced the same network issue, & i asked for the waive off, i was told by her that i should pay Rs.300 & else will be waived off, but the pending amount was added in the next bill.
This shows never to ever trust their telecon.
I have faced a lot trouble by them, Once their representative came at my home for collection, Once i got a call also for the payment.
This is very ridiculous & they dont have any concern with the customer problems, they only want their money which is not of any worth.
