This is regarding Tikona Internet service provide in Mumbai. I had taken a prepaid Internet plan from Tikona and it is stopped from more than a week now. I have called their customer care multiple times and every time I get standard answers (engineer will visit and solve issue by EOD, supervisor will call and fix the issue, etc) but there is no action taken. There is no other customer care department other than technical department. I have already submitted complaint with technical customer care and they are not providing support or definite answer on when this will get resolve. My work is getting affected and there is no fix from Tikona other than updating my complaint that they will fix issue sometime.
My user id is 1105408894 and complaint number is 1-2********3. Please suggest what can be next steps here since I have already paid for service but now internet is stopped and I am not getting service what I already paid for.
