I have activated my tikona services @ Wed, Mar 17, 2010 at 2:50 PM.
My plan was Rs.300 for 1GB. Free installation scheme was there. They took 500/-cheque in advance and gave me connection. But when i started working, my usage was about 700MB for 45min. I called customer care and ask them to solve my problem. They told me that problem would be solved within 5hrs.
Finally, I honestly call customer care and told them that i am cancelling cheque and i will pay cash after solving problem. Even till 5 days they didn't solve my problem. Then i call them and ask them to get back your instrument and cancel my connection.
Tikona agent comes in my absence and bring bag their instrument. i thought it was over.
But since 10month i have getting their calls, msg. Last month they told me that they are filling case against me. Today again i got call and they asking me to settle problem by paying dues and get cancellation certificate.
Please, stop this. I have used internet only for 45min. Tikona's service was bad. Stop calling me.

Just go to your nearest Consumer Court and give them all the documents (ie printout of mails or request id) and file a petition. You need not to pay a single peny for that and it will be done. Then they will forward your request to Tikona and everything will be taken care. If still you face any problem send them a advocate letter demanding for compensation for the trouble they had given you and force them to pay for it.
