here is my complaint number 1-4********8
I am have a tikons connection with 10mbps plans but i am getting averga 4-5mbps speed and 1-2 mbps in evening and nights from two months. Registered many complaints. Their service engineer comes and does some hit and trial and wastes couple of hours and at the end no solution.
Today their service engineer visited premises.. net was down from last 3 days..
now net started working now but I am getting 5mbps speed and my plan is 10mbps.
When he failed in fixing my speed he suggested me to downgrade my plan to 5mbps and hinted me that Tikona is not able to provide me more than that.
If we ask them questions about speed issues and solution they start question us about the usag like "yahan kya kaam hota hai sir wo batao" as if I am doing some illegal activities.
Kindly look into this matter asap otherwise I will go to consumer court
