I had written the below complain to the Nodal Officer of Tikona however till date i dont have any satisfactory response.. My calls are unanswered and even my mails are not getting responded... Their customer care IVR time doesn't reduce from 5 minutes... and you have to keep on chasing them....

Requesting everyone save yourselves and stay 20000000 miles way from Tikona.. I am not even sure whether anyone will listen to me now bt least i can do i save others from getting trapped... HORRIBLE is an understatement for these shameless guyz.....

After trying 8 times since morning, I finally managed to make the payment for the account number mentioned in the trail mail. Make sure that you dont charge any late fee to me and reply to my email with the concerns mentioned below.

Since the time I am your member, have always had the habitof making my payment well before the due date, you may please check my recordsto confirm the same. This time I have been trying to make the payment from last4 days but your "SELF CARE" section is not opening. I am calling upthe call center regularly and have been advise to "TRY AFTER SOME TIME"...
Today being the last day I had no other option but to pushyou guyz to hear me out. However your so called executive are too busy watchingthe match ( i could hear the commentary in the background). I have called up 5-6times in the last 3 hrs stating that if i am not able to make the payment rightnow, you guyz will levied late fee charges on my bill so someone need to reallywork on this... but in vain. You guyz kept on repeating the same thing i.e. TYRAFTER SOME TIME.... I have been told that everyone around the country usingTIKONA has the bill due date today ( which is quite surprisingly to me... uguyz are even better than the financialsector working in our country). As everyone is trying to make the paymentonline the site may be un-operational.
Your stupid agent (Mr. Ganesh) has the audacity to tell acustomer that you had enough time to make the payment uptil now, if you arerushing last moment its your problem. that is pathetic instead of understandingthe reason why am I not able to make the payment he is educating me on when tomake the payment. If that is so please communicate on your Bill stating - eventhough your due date is XXXX... please pay on the bill generation date or elseyou are responsible...He kept on saying the same jargon and ultimately hung upmy call when we were talking... he was too much in a hurry to keep the phonedown and was least bothered to even understand..
I again called and spoke to Mohsin Shaikh... even he kept onsaying the same thing.... He even refused to give the complete name of Ganeshsaying that there are too many ganesh.. little extra which he did from his sideis giving me the email id of the nodal officer. pleasingly you guyz are chargingservice tax from me for this fabulous service....
I am not even sure whether the nodal officer will alsobother to listen to me..Incase if you are listening i need the following :
1) I will not pay any late fee charges as the problem was atyour end which no one bothered to look into.. PS: i have the call recordingswith me the prove that.
2) let me know when your site will be working so that i canpay the actual bill amount.
3) a written apology from you guyz on the kind of servicesextended to me.
If I dont get an answer on the above within the next 48hours... let not forget that the are various consumer forums site, RTI andCCore people who are willing to listen to the voice of customer.... I am payingyou guyz for the service there is no charity here.....
